Disqus is fucked up again

This isn't a huge surprise to Disqus users that Disqus is fucked up and not working. How many times has this happened in the last month? Quite a bit.

Where can Disqus commenters find information about problems with Disqus? I checked Discuss Disqus and not much information there, plus I am banned by the mod CaliCheeseSucks and can't comment there or ask for information about the current Disqus outage.
